CANCELLATION POLICY
New clients are required to pay a 80% retainer to secure their appointment. The retainer is applied toward the service total and is non-refundable. You may transfer the retainer to a new appointment one time if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a second request to reschedule will forfeit the retainer. The remaining balance is due at the appointment.
